Leek(minced leek) ----------------------------- 3g
Garlic(minced garlic) ---------------------------6g

 01. Soak dried bracken in water. Parboil it in boiling water and immerse in cold water to remove bitterness.

 02. Cut out hard stems. Cut them to about 5cm.
