Parboiled coastal hog funnel

Mainly grown in Geumo Island in Yeosu, bangpungnamul (coastal hog fennel) has a rich herbal scent and similar flavor to chwinamul. It is known as a medicinal herb that is beneficial for respiratory ailments and known to help prevent stroke. Add doenjang (fermented bean paste) and gochujang (chili pepper paste) and mix.
