Peeled burdock
Peeled burdock is grown in Jinju. The burdock slices are enjoyed by cooking in sauce, frying, and even being added to gimbap. You can also make a pancake by mincing the burdock. The vegetable is alkaline with rich inulin, rather than starch, and dietary fiberes.
